FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DELIVERY

We will aim to process and dispatch orders the same or next business day, excluding weekends and bank holidays, if ordered before 12pm. Please allow a little extra time during busy holiday periods. At these times same day dispatch is unlikely. If your order is really urgent then please contact us first by emailing thewoodencrackercompany@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you.

Please allow 1-2 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive. Your order will be trackable and will require a signature upon delivery.

At this time we are only able to deliver to UK addresses. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS

We hope that you love your crackers as much as we do, but if for any reason you would like to return them then that's no problem. Please contact us within 14 days.

In order to receive a full refund, all returns must be unused and remain in a perfect re-saleable condition along with the original storage box. To ensure that your return arrives in the same condition you sent it, please make sure it is well packaged. We recommend reusing the packaging the products were sent in. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit and recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please ensure that you enclose your name, address, purchase date and order number with your return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund delivery charges.

​Delivery charges will be your responsibility unless the product is deemed faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of the arrival of your package via thewoodencrackercompany@gmail.com in the event of damage caused by shipping. The delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packaging materials.
